BLAST and PAINT COMBINATION SYSTEMS: Pacific Spray Booths Designed, Constructed & Installed this 30 Metre wide “Blast and Paint Combination System” for Austin Engineering in Wacol Queensland to accommodate for their oversized component finishing process. The System was designed with complete flexibility in mind to allow the Operators the option to either paint only, blast only, or paint and blast all in the one area without the need to relocate the product for each process. The System incorporated the following specifications; Spray Booth – Six Direct Drive Axial Fans. Each Fan providing approx. 10,000 Litres of Air Per Second. Cyclone / Dust Collector – One 31MR-3 Heavy Duty Fan providing approx. 280m3/min, 37kw WEG MEPS rated TEFC Motor.   The total Project Cost was $1.2M and was completed in Four weeks.
